Combine refried beans, black beans, scallions, salsa, cumin, chili powder and jalapenos in a medium bowl. Transfer to a shallow 2-quart microwave-safe dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Cookbook creator says: I used fat free cottage cheese, peaches in it own juice and plain bran flakes. Then I tossed on a few raisins, cranberries or dates. (Raisin Bran has added sugar.) My version had much fewer calories and healthier. No fat or sugar. Great!Submitted by TABBYKAT75
