Cookbook creator says: We used medium salsa when we made this, and I thought it was a bit too spicy for the kids, but Pete and I really liked it!
Cookbook creator says: This was AWESOME, not fishy at all. We added a salad and a bread side to round out the meal. The fish portions seem small, so you may want to add a second veggie or fruit side.Submitted by RACHIELOO
Cookbook creator says: This we have almost once a week. Cam chose to try it last week (finally) because he didn't like the spiral Barilla Plus noodles, so we used the macaroni. We do not add the egg, it is not necessary. You will love this dish!!Submitted by VEGGIEKITTY
Cookbook creator says: We REALLY liked this recipe, had to add some more salt and pepper and dried parsley to it at the end, but even Kat liked it. :) I used fat free half and half instead of skim or 1% milk. Incredible tasting for the small amount of fat in it. We ate it with grilled cheese!! :)
Cookbook creator says: This is really good!!!! Add half the cheese to the noodle, milk and soup mixture, then add the remaining to the top. Broil for 3 minutes to brown the top. Super yummy!!!!!Submitted by FLUFFYDADDY67
Cookbook creator says: This is pretty decent, you will probably want to add some chicken or pork to yours. I made it alongside the crockpot orange chicken. I mixed the two and that was better than both alone.
Cookbook creator says: I am adding this because Pete really liked it. I will puree 1/2 the tomatoes next time. Good with tortilla chips and guacamole and cheese. This has like no fat so enjoy the condiments!!
Cookbook creator says: Ok, so I cheated on this one, I used Tyson breaded chicken fillets and then made the sauce (hot) to go on top. I will try and make this the way it said to. But the hot wing sauce is awesome!!Submitted by JENKATRON
We love this casserole orginally found here on the site, and after entering my stats I found this to be a much healthier, less fat version! Use reduced fat cheese, it's even better!!Submitted by KATSAMCAMSMOM
Since Pete is staying away from noodles for allergies sake, I made this for dinner and it made everyone happy!
