This is a salad I have been making for my family for 50 years. Any chopped raw vegetables can be added. I often add cucumbers and squash if I have them. I serve it on a bed of baby lettuce.Submitted by READYTOLUZ
Cookbook creator says: I love this recipe and have it in the morning or for lunch. I use Veggie Shreds Cheese and throw in whatever fresh veggies I have on hand. I also add 1/4 t. Grill Time Seasonings salt free chicken (Kroger brand)Submitted by TREESTUMP56
Cookbook creator says: I plan to alter this recipe because I can't eat corn on the cob-grilled or otherwise. I have caps and dentures and cut my corn off the cob. I am also watching my cholesterol so I would use either no butter or I can't believe it's not butter and add after the corn is cooked.

This is ready in 20 minutes-I prep and cook at the same time so sometimes it is hard to figure exactly how much prep time is needed. A good, quick meal-I serve with Birds Eye Brown Rice Steamable..Submitted by READYTOLUZ
