Total time: 15 minutes. Fresh mozzarella is easier to slice when it is very firm. Place mozzarella in the freezer just until firm, and thinly slice. Any brand of prebaked pizza crust will work for this recipe.
WLS friendly chicken cordon blue. The chicken comes out moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The cheese is hot and gooey. Serve with a side of steamed veggies and melon for a very satisfying, high protein meal.Submitted by DEBB48
