This was totally yummy. Next time I will make only 2 chicken breasts with only 1 slice of cheese and double the spinach, nuts, onions, and mushrooms using 2 TBS EVOO. If you can find it, use Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning without salt.
You can reduce calories to 243 each serving by using only 2 TBS pecans. It is good either way.Submitted by CARIKE3
The peperoncini makes this dish HOT!. If you don't like spicy. leave it out. The cheese does tame it down though. I forgot to weight the peperoncini and I think that I put in 2 TBS or 1 ounce. This is good and I'll make it again. Next time I think I will add in a whole "bunch" of spinach.Submitted by CARIKE3
Changes for next time: Use 1 24-oz jar of tomato sauce and 1 cup Mozzarella. This will reduce calories to about 176 per serving, which is more in line with my diet of 300 cal per meal. Next time use a 2 quart, 7 x 9 inch casserole dish. WW=6.5Submitted by CARIKE3

Some people increase the lemon to 3, the garlic to 2 TBS minced, add 1/4 tsp crushed oregano, and 1 tsp crushed basil.Submitted by CARIKE3
