Growing up, I liked few foods, so I didn't learn to cook! For 3 years, I've been learning & experimenting with the stronger, spicier foods I love. Hold the pot roast - give me Tandoori Chicken or Tapas! I love that I can collect things that look yummy so that I can try new *healthy* recipes!

Cookbook creator says: Good suggestion from a commentor: I added 2 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of ginger, couple shakes of soy sauce and some red peppers to the marinade and a teaspoon of corn starch to the sauce. Turned out great! Stirfried some veggies in the same pan to gets some of the tasty bits!!

Cookbook creator says: AWESOME! made w/7 tbls cold H20, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper flakes, 4 tbl chunky pnut btr, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbl minced dry onion. Heated to boil & added noodles. Made chicken chunks rolled in EVOO, ginger, cayenne, & minced peanuts. Topped w/pnuts from pan. OMG!
