I love this recipe. I added spinach because I'm not much of a salad eater and it's a sneaky little way to get an extra serving of my veggies for the day. Believe it or not... you can't taste the spinach or even tell it's in there. I make a large batch all at once and save some in the fridge. I haven't tried it yet, but I bet you could also freeze them like a fruit pop.Submitted by PINKSEATURTLES
