Cookbook creator says: This was great! I just used Splenda instead of sugar and added ground flax seed. Make sure to use non-stick spray, because I made the mistake of just using paper cups and they stuck to them.

Cookbook creator says: I add about a 1/2 tsp of cinnamon as well.
I find adding all the ingredients together and the blending works just fine (but I use a Magic Bullet-like blender).
I also like topping them with unsweetened apple sauce instead of syrup. Yum!Submitted by ROSERED5
Recipe from the "Eat Clean Diet Cookbook". I put single servings in containers in the fridge and had breakfast/snacks for a week. You could also vary the dried fruit or nuts to suit your mood or taste. Really yummy!Submitted by ERICACLAY10
Cookbook creator says: I put about half a bottle of bbq sauce, 1/2-3/4 can of diet pepsi, and water so that the pork was almost covered. Cooked on low for 6 hrs, then drained some of the liquid (about half), pulled the pork apart, and added the rest of the bbq sauce and let it cook another hour.Submitted by PEACHJAM6288
