This is seriously the world's best spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy and fairly low fat. I use low fat cream cheese, but you could use fat free. This slimmed down version of your favorite dip is easy to make--and it's light enough for you to load up on it! This can also become a decadent pasta sauce. (As a sauce, it makes 10 servings. You might need to thin it a bit with cooking water from the pasta.)
My version of Chocolate Covered Katie's Pizzarts.
This one uses defatted peanut flour, a banana rather than oil and stevia to sweeten. A low calorie indulgence!Submitted by LEONALIONESS
I modified this from the Ellen Show (10-05-10). Made it for the Superbowl and put it out with the "other" queso. It ran out first. It's a great faux cheese for nachos. The uses are endless. You can add anything to it... Don't forget to add your chips to your tracker. ;-)Submitted by AMBER353
This delicious vegan brownie is so yummy and chocolatey they will cure any chocolate attact you may have in an instant, If they look sticky to you, they're suppose to be that way. Submitted by KATMARIE528
These are really fast and yummy. The jalapeno and red pepper make the fritters colorful and add just a little spice. If you don't have a red bell pepper laying around, just leave it out. Serve with salsa or as a breakfast side in place of potatoes. A cast-iron skillet works best for even frying.Submitted by SEA.LEGS1
This is a chocolate pudding recipe that I modified for my lactose intolerant husband. It uses Unsweetened Original Almond Breeze, but I think that unsweetened soy milk would work too. Submitted by PRAIRIE_MUM
This tastes like dessert but is actually a protein shake in disguise. Basically just a fun way for me to bump up my protein. Esp. on weight lifting days when i'm already drinking one protein powder shake, this makes for nice variety.
Plus it's tasty.Submitted by KATJWINTER
Originally made by Chocolate Covered Katie. I halve the recipe when I make it. My tweaks on the recipe = sub almond butter for oil, pumpkin rather than applesauce, add cocoa. Less chocolate chips. Stevia to sweeten.
