Adapted from healthdiscovery.net recipes. I made this less sweet than the original recipe. I've also put the spice proportions that I like, and have used real eggs instead of egg beaters. This banana bread is really low fat but you would never know it! To make it even lighter use splenda and a full cup applesauce and eliminate the butter completely. My husband who is "anti-diet food" LOVES it! Add chocolate chips or walnuts in the last step to mix things up a bit!Submitted by RIDER5344
