Dark, rich, moist chocolate 2-layer cake with raspberry filling. Virtually fat free and only about 150 calories. Freezing the cake layers as described results in a super-moist cake. This is my absolute favorite dish from Ruby Tuesday so I had to find a way to make it over. Its called the smokehouse chicken and it is a favorite by many!
