Talapia and beans

Use Fish Oil to fry talapia in a skillet to desired consistancy. Fry what's needed in one meal.
Cook 1 cup rice, add 1 can red beans, when done put on plate then put talapia on top, garnish w/ Mrs. Dash Seasning of choice.
