These pancakes are loaded with fiber and protein, and are quite filling and satisfying. You get a serving of fruit with each portion. They are delicious when topped with 1/2 cup of berry compote and some toasted pecans. They're great not just for breakfast, but for anytime!Submitted by JENNIFER994
