Simple Ground Chicken Topper.

Just something I came up with from what was in the house and the ground chicken that was on sale at the store. I put it warm over lettuce the first night and rice the next. Its nothing special just simple and easy. It also makes a lot so if your like me and like to have easy meals to freeze for those nights that cooking sounds like way to much work this is great.Submitted by POLAROASIS

I can't take credit for this recipe, as it is originally from Weight Watchers Simply Delicious cookbook. I changed it slightly in that I use boneless/skinless chicken breast in favor of a bone-in variety. Personally, I prefer a little less vinegar and a tad more mustard, but you can play around with the recipe to your taste preference.Submitted by CHRSTINAG
