I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
There is no "COOKING TIME" --- it is actually "sitting in the fridge time"

Cookbook creator says: I put these all on one pan. Used the small pampered chef scooper to make the balls. I smushed them down with my thumb a little before baking. Baked 10 min. on the upper rack, then about 3 min. on the lower rack.
