This a quick salad I made up because I love sweet bell peppers and feta cheese. You can add cooked shrimp or chicken to make it heartier or take out the cheese to make it vegan.Submitted by CDHAR2
I didn't have the ingredients to make Chef Meg's cheese sticks, so made them this way, instead. I also made a serving equal 4 pieces instead of 2 because, let's face it: who's going to eat only 2 cheese sticks? :P Submitted by 1TRULYBLESSED
