Take pita bread to a crunchy new level.
Layered phyllo on the bottom and top of a spring roll mix makes this an easy delicious alternative to home made spring rolls. I added only garlic and pepper but you can season to your own taste.
All types of veggies and meats can be substituted in this recipe or leave out the meat for a vegetarian dish. Egg substitues or just egg whites can be used instead of whole eggs. Serves 8.Submitted by CHRISFLY
