A super simple and super healthy hot breakfast that starts the night before in your crock pot and is waiting to be served when you wake in the morning! Makes a good bit, so reheat throughout the week or freeze some for next week.Submitted by DOODLELOVE
My hubby isn't a breakfast guy, but he will gladly consume a smoothie every morning. The secret is the frozen banana! Otherwise, I mix it up every day and simply follow the basic formula of one cup fresh fruit + 1/2 c. frozen fruit and 1/2 frozen banana + 1/2 c. liquid. The liquid can be fruit juice or milk or even yogurt. When that bunch of bananas on your counter is starting to look sad, peel 'em, break in half and stick in the freezer so the secret ingredient is always on hand!Submitted by DOODLELOVE
