Cookbook creator says: NOTE: exclude the sugar from the recipe and perhaps substitue the oat flour for buckwheat or quinoa or rice flour, as oats may contain gluten.
I will try to find a better-suited bread recipe :) but until then this could work with modifications.Submitted by JENC42
Cookbook creator says: NOTE: you need to take care that the vegetable broth stock has no yeast in it (available in health stores) and that the artichoke hearts are not marinated in vinegar and/or sugar (if they are, then simply exclude them or substitue them for some other vegetable, like steamed zucchini).Submitted by WILDDREEMER
Cookbook creator says: For those who tolerate lemons and lemon juice (as it does contain sugars, although personally it doesn't bother me. I also use it as a vinegar substitute).Submitted by LINZKL
Cookbook creator says: Great for those who can tolerate lemon and tomatoes. NOTE: tomatoes are sweet and should only be eaten in moderation (if at all), so it might be good to use just 1/2 the quantity mentioned (or substitute them for red paprika or another veggie).Submitted by JACQUIET87
Cookbook creator says: Thanks for sharing, Neva :)
Cookbook creator says: If you tolerate lemon, use lemon instead. If not, add herbs. Personally I would also add some garlic. Should go well with wholegrain rice or corn tortillas (if you can eat corn).Submitted by VAHUFFMAN
Cookbook creator says: Perfect, providing you can tolerate lemon. Otherwise use herbs - maybe lemon mint would do the trick? Again, I'd add some garlic cloves to the whole. Garlic is the best food to fight Candida (and so is coconut milk amnd butter! Hmmm could one use that in this recipe? If you do, let me know).Submitted by SFPAINTER
