Calculated at 4 servings. It divides into 6 good-size servings as well. I eat 1/6th, and my husband eats 1/4th, so I input .66 serving.
Feel free to sub egg beaters for eggs, but do not sub all egg whites. I find 6 eggs and 4 whites works great.Submitted by MERAPHIS
mix 1lb ground turkey, 1 container of fetta crumbles and sliced up pepperoconi's. cook in skillet and serve. very tasty.
