A luscious way to make round steak that is sure to become a family favorite in your home and it only has 6g of carbs per serving!
My mother made this often in our home and I loved it! She always served it with a wild rice Pilaf and her wonderful homemade yeast rolls. I now make it but because I do not have the time to come home each evening and cook IBraise the steak in the morning and put everything in the slow cooker. The steak is so tender it falls apart on your fork. Knives not needed here!

Loving Honey mustard as I do I experiemented one day in the kitchen and came up with what I call my Honey Mustard encrusted Pork Chops. This is a whole grain, low calorie version of the Fannie Farmer cookbook muffin. Oatmeal, whole grain four, and Splenda is used instead of pastry flour and sugar. You could further cut it using egg substitute and oil instead of butter. I raised my kids on this muffin recipe - and have since made it a bit more healthy. Submitted by LLCURTS

This is one of my favorite salad bars when we go out to eat at an AYCE Resturaunt. It sounds high in calories but is low in carbs and better for you than a deep fried chicken breast-and more filling too.
