Cookbook creator says: doubled recipe. used 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp orange juice, orange marmalade, quinoa, 1 pepper, 7 baby carrots, peas, 1 head broccoli & powdered ginger. defrosted chicken cut in chunks, put in crock pot on high: chicken, sauce ingredients, quinoa, and veggies. cooked for 3-4 hours. I saw this recipe made on The Biggest Losers. I didn't have any ground turkey on hand, so I used lean ground beef. This is double the origianl recipe. Makes great leftovers for lunch.Submitted by AUBSCOFFEEMAMA
