This is a modified version of a recipe taken from AllRecipes.com. Penne rigate, chicken, pesto, parmesan cheese, and sundried tomatoes combine to make a splendid Italian/Mediterranean style pasta dish. Add steamed spinach or broccoli to get in those vegetables! This is not exactly a diet recipe, but can be made "healthier" and is better than the recipe it was inspired by.Submitted by NEWDALZIEL
