I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!
This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.Submitted by INNERSKINNY
