I've really been having trouble getting enough protein since I don't eat/crave a lot of meat...and I've started losing hair, and my dermatologist suggested it might be lack of protein...so I've been forcing myself to use protein powder, and I don't like to eat things unless they taste good...so I've been looking up recipes and experimenting, and this is one I came up with, and its REALLY good..and I don't even like coffee!Submitted by BONEWOMAN
I like to freeze the banana and then use it. Put all ingredients in the blender add ice for desired consistency, this is my favorite breakfast and recovery drink from p90x.Submitted by BELLAROSA18
1 breakfast cup is 1 serving by calorie count, so have 2 or 3! Still low calorie breakfast.
This is a low carb adaptation. There are no potatoes in this particular recipe due to my low carb lifestyle. It is tasty. You may add sour cream as a garnish.
