Skip the olive oil and save fat calories with this hummus, but you won't miss out on taste! I add the liquid from one of the cans of garbanzo beans with lemon juice to get the hummus consistency I want. What a sweet warm treat for a cold afternoon!
This is a simple recipe that tastes amazing, it is also better than any traditional chicken Parmesan I had tried. When you consider it's lower in fat, takes about 10 minutes to put together, it's no wonder why this is my new favorite recipe. Submitted by MDKIMIST
Fewer than 70 calories per pancake, you can easily have two for breakfast and still have room for some turkey bacon or eggs! Almost 2g fiber and 4g protein per pancake as well! Good and good for you, can't beat the simplicity either.Submitted by SARAHTHOMAS1
