This healthy apple crisp recipe is sweet and simple to prepare but uses very little added sugar. Submitted by JLCROMP
More cake than pie, I found this recipe in an old Kansas Cookbook I picked up before moving to the UK. This recipe most resembles a traditional English Eve's pudding. Submitted by NAN_LT

This pie crust has a crunchy addition: pepitas, or shelled pumpkin seeds. They add a nice nutty flavor.

Pudding is made from scratch, not from a box, like grandma used to make.
If whole milk is NOT used, the pudding will be runny and won't hold together, so do not substitute to cut fat. Submitted by CALEKU

This cake is a winner for those who have to eat GF. My family who can have gluten loved this cake. Repeat.Submitted by TEDDYBEARDONNA
Perfect for chocolate lovers! Great for entertaining, deceptively easy to make. Perfect for people who can't have gluten. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar. I flour the pan using cocoa powder so it won't leave white marks on the cake and keeps it totally gluten free. Not low calorie, but very rich so you could easily half the portion if you pair it with some berries on top. I also know someone who substituted splenda for the sugar and swore she couldn't tell the difference but I have never tried it.Submitted by PRINCESSNURSE

I am a stay at home mom with three children. Two of them and my husband have different food allergies and intolerances. This can make cooking a challenge. I love to do experimental cooking and incorporate extra protein like beans in because my oldest doesn't like meat. I hope you enjoy this deliciously dark chocolate cake as much as we do.Submitted by PRZYBYCW

This is a fairly standard, but sugar-free, apple crisp which uses ivory teff flour instead of regular blended in with the oatmeal. I adjusted a recipe that came with my teffco order. Teff is the smallest grain in the world, and originated in Ethiopia; it's nutrient rich and gluten free. Submitted by BFLYLADY5
