I'm an Irish American with Type A positive blood (if you've read the Blood Type Diet you know why I mention it). I am allergic to: Dairy, Egg, Shrimp and possibly also citrus, wheat, and wine. This cookbook features recipes without the big three and minimal wheat or soy.

I based this recipe on the original Moroccan Stew recipe I found and made a few tasty changes: making it vegan and lowering the fat cals -- Super easy and most of the items are in my house everyday!Submitted by LINDSEY_LOU
A flavor powerhouse of protien!! Cooked with no meat or meat by products. Easy to prepare by putting it all in a crock pot.
Serve with whole wheat tortillas and a home made Pico De Gallo and it is a surefire hit for the whole family.
