I will share recipes that have been family tested. I'm the only vegan and I have two boys beside my husband. All three men in my life are constructively honest so you can be sure to count on their opinions!

I enjoy balsamic vinegar in dishes because it adds a nice depth to the dish. Please do not substitute it with any other vinegar sitting in your pantry. Do yourself a favor a get the good stuff. This dish is worth it.Submitted by AMYBURNS1999
My 12 year old loves making this recipe. I recommend using vegan friendly options when available and adjust the bouillon granules to your liking, or better yet, use vegetable stock that you've made!Submitted by AMYBURNS1999
This salsa is another staple in my house. We can tear through bags of tortilla chips when I make this salsa. If you can manage to not eat it all in one setting, please note that it gets hotter as it sits. You can adjust the ingredients to suite your palette but just remember that what you eat eminates through your pores! I always smell like spicy garlic after eating this delicious salsa!Submitted by AMYBURNS1999

Literally takes 5 minutes to prepare and is made with olive oil so it's heart healthy. You will NEVER go back to prepared crusts filled with preservatives after trying this. The bragging rights alone of 'homemade crust' are well worth it. This is a salted crust, suitable for quiches and the like - For a sweet crust, omit the salt and add a packet or two or Splenda.Submitted by SARAGRIFFIN
