I am not one who measures my ingredients a lot - I am more of the cook who chops and dumps into the pot!!!! So I apologize in advance if I am a little off with the amounts/measurements!!!
I buy a lot of my produce fresh from a local stand - so for the green beans, I buy them in the green cardboard box like container. I am guessing there is about 4 cups in there?!?!

These crepes are a delicious sweet version.
I prefer to top with berries, roll up like a burrito, dust with powdered sugar and serve for breakfasts or a quick snack, but the possibilities are endless. Great recipe to make for kids and allow them to personalize with their own toppings.

To use in place of canned cream soups in casseroles or as a base for
your own soups. It is much lower in fat and salt than the canned versions. The trick is to have it made up ready to use.

This is an old recipe of mine that I changed to a lower fat version. My husband loves it and likes me to add a small can of jalapeno peppers to spice it up.
This is also a very good size serving - you will be full and satisfied.
