This bread is great for people with gluten intolerance. (Check ingredients on packages to ensure they are gluten-free.) This dense bread goes well with jam or, oddly enough, cottege cheese.Submitted by JENC42
The recipe calls for rice and tapioca flours instead of the traditional wheat. It still tastes absolutely delicious! The flavours are best if you wrap the loaf and leave it overnight, so it’s good for a Sunday morning treat! Submitted by JO_JO_BA
You can add any spices you like or eat it plain, I like it both ways.
I am on the Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 and was craving some "bread" (which is not allowed) with my bean/veggie soups, so I created this! As long as it's a once in awhile thing I give it a thumbs up. This is a pan made "bread" that's simple to make & quick. It's not actually "bread" but for staying in the guildlines of the diet ingredients it's not bad! It can be baked for "pizza crust" too!Submitted by JAN11661
