I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

Turkey meatballs with a twist....add grated carrots and onion to lessen calories and add flavor, color and moisture to plain old turkey!!!
This soup is so versitile. I wind up tossing in whatever vegetables I need to use up and it always tastes good. Sometimes I add a bit of hot sauce for a kick.
