High protein, low fat, very high taste!
A tasty variation on the traditional popper. My hubby likes these for superbowl sunday. You can also vary the recipe by adding 2 -4 T fat free sharp cheddar shreds to the cream cheese mixture. Also you can use panko crumbs for a crispier coating. Make these at least once before serving to company, as it takes a knack to get them to come out nice looking.Submitted by KEEYAHWE
My Grandparent's Recipe, from the province of Basilica. I have modified this recipe by using Kellogg's Egg Beaters to reduce the amount of cholesterol, and substituted whole wheat, rather than white flour.
An easy-to-make filling for pasta (such as ravioli, manicotti, or lasagna). This will stuff 16 small (2" square) ravioli or 8 large stuffed shells at 1 tbsp per ravioli. Make more for lasagna or other stuffed pasta.Submitted by DAN_ODEA
Lots of fresh raw chopped vegetables with a few craisins thrown in, marinated in a Raspberry Vinaigrette. Sometimes I throw in a little feta cheese on top of a serving.
