Cookbook creator says: This is delicious; but I made an easier version. I used 2 tablespoon of Ginger Sesame sauce, used olive oil spray instead of Olive Oil; and substituted one packet of NutraTaste for the honey. I added the NutraTaste at the end of the cooking time. I also used zucchini instead of bell peppers.Submitted by GLORY63
