For a veggie, brussels sprouts or collards would be perfect!

This is a homemade, vegetarian version of the ancho chile bbq chicken burrito from qdoba. (You can use any bbq sauce you are comfortable with, sweet baby rays has "natural flavors" which might be a problem for some veg'n people.) But I'm sure you can find a suitable substitute if it is. Also the sour cream is not necessary if you are not one who eats dairy.
Also, it says to use 'newmans own black bean and corn salsa' but I just make my own with some corn, onions, jalapenos, black beans and seasoning to taste (garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, etc)
This also has almost half of the calories of the bbq chicken burrito from qdoba, so, enjoy!Submitted by ALICIA0099
