To use in place of canned cream soups in casseroles or as a base for
your own soups. It is much lower in fat and salt than the canned versions. The trick is to have it made up ready to use.

Spark had a "featured" recipe today for Broccoli and Cheese soup. I'm a vegetarian, and theirs contained chicken broth. I searched and couldn't find a good vegetarian option on Spark, so decided to share mine.Submitted by GEEKYME
Half of the beans are finely chopped to give the filling a thick, creamy consistency. This dish can be made up to 8 hours in advance and chilled; just bring it back to room temperature before baking.
