Cookbook creator says: soooooooo good! mmmmmmmmmmmmm! I have learned to mix the other stuff in the pot that I cooked the meat in and then just spread it over the lettuce. It seems to go further that way, which means I can eat more for fewer Calories, which is good, because you just can't get enough of this stuff! :)Submitted by VRAKLIS
