Cookbook creator says: Also reported to be good when Oregano is replaced with Basil and mushrooms are added. Lemon juice an also replace the fresh lemon and it can be served with penne pasta instead of brown rice. One person suggested cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces prior to mixing with other ingredients.

Ditch the toaster pastry. They're loaded with sugar and fat--and not much else. My hand tarts are full of fruit, and if you make them ahead of time your kids can grab them and go.
