This recipe is really easy; it's really more of a process than a recipe. Rice paper wrappers, which are available in the ethnic sections of most larger supermarkets these days, are a great way to wrap your veggies and protein for a quick snack or light lunch.

Start on your way toward eating five servings of fruits and vegetables a day with this delicious stir-fry, flavored with traditional Chinese spices and a touch of sesame oil. The combination of broccoli and red peppers contributes over 100% of the daily requirement of vitamin C.Submitted by ORANGECOWCAT
This is a quick meal you can throw together with your favorite fresh and/or frozen veggies. Eat as a main entree or serve with another protein, such as tofu or chicken.Submitted by COACH_NICOLE
I simmer my stew meat in the crock pot half the day, so this is really easy, when the meat is tender I transfer to a pan or wok and cook up the veggies! Super easy, no fuss dinner!Submitted by MINDYYY
This is one of my family's very favorite dinners. One of the best things about this recipe is how easy it is to adjust to your own tastes. I entered it in with my true ingredients, which are SPICY! If you don't like it super spicy, adjust your ratio of Sweet Thai chili sauce (found in the grocery store asian food section) and the spicy Sambal Oelek (found in the same section). Try 1/4 cup of sambal oelek and 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce. Also very good with skinless chicken thighs, trimmed. I just ordered PB2 and am looking forward to trying it with this recipe, to cut the fat back even further!Submitted by MISSRED1970
Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and the sweet sauce at Papa John's is my all-time favorite. My viewpoint is, if you're going to make it at home, don't make it "just as good," make it better! So I'm remaking a medium Papa John's pie with pineapple, onion and bacon(BACON!!!). Fresh homemade sauce and premium ingredients make this recipe more than worth the calories, and still trimmer than the fast food original!Submitted by KRAMTHEGRAM
Served cold or hot, these tangy yet sweet noodles are rich and tasty.
