Soft, fluffy, air-light, sweet, buttery, warm, earthy, very-easy-to-bake brioche-kind buns cooked in muffin pan. Just one bite will make you scream "Oh-Wow!". :)Submitted by IRONORCHID
These are very-easy-to-make muffins with a slight banana aroma and mouth full of chocolate!
The original recipe came from Food&Wine magazine. I have reduced the amount of sugar significantly as the ripen banana is usually very sweet. And I made three times less muffins than the original recipe called. Submitted by IRONORCHID
An improved and more flavorful version of my "Tuna Waldorf Salad with Pear". The Greek yogurt really makes the salad fresher and lighter. Though the calories in this one are slightly higher but it is due to increase of protein. Submitted by IRONORCHID
A very flavorful vegetarian dish, low fat, full of protein and fiber.
The recipe is adapted from Oxygen magazine, Jan.2009. To my own tastes I reduced the amount of beans and spices and substituted black beans for red ones.Submitted by IRONORCHID
Healthy, high protein, easy to make recipe. I prefer to make this salad with pear and raw nuts, it gives it full fruity taste. The recipe was adapted from Oxygen May'09 magazine. Submitted by IRONORCHID
A warm vegetarian dish filled with the mild aroma of fresh garden herbs, protein, fiber and iron. You can enjoy it as a single dish (add some cheese) for a lunch or serve it as a side dish with your diner.Submitted by IRONORCHID
Low calorie, high protein, easy-to-make soup. Flavorful and delicious! You'll not believe how smoky-tasty it smells while cooking! We usually smoke the whole turkey on Thanksgiving so I cooked it with the turkey leftovers. I also prefer to serve it with soft goat cheese on top, it melts in warm plate and adds a very mild dairy creaminess to the dish.
