I'm always 'creating recipes' - one of the reasons my ex and I didn't stay together...he never knew what I'd concoct LOL If I don't have the ingredients for a dish, I'll work around it, but I will eat!!

Thick, rich tasting with a wonderful purlple color! Everyone makes smoothies no this is nothing new. I just needed a place to save the nutritional info so I didn't have to add each ingredient seperately on my food tracker. This is a great source of calcium, potassium and Vitamin C; and also a way to get my fruits in, with all their fiber, instead of juicing.Submitted by PKLOSES
Cookbook creator says: First of all, I prefer brown rice, but I need to use up my white rice. Secondly...the sodium in this recipe is horrendous!! Need to use low sodium broth. I would probably cut the rice in half next time I make it.Submitted by PKLOSES
