This is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 oz paper cups with popsicle sticks.
This is a left-over soup. Small amount of hamburg, onion, canned tomatoes and whatever left-over vegetables are in the fridge. You can add corn, string beans, etc. You can play with ingredients to even lower the calories more or make it vegetarian if you'd like or add pasta instead of potatoes.
