The marinade in this recipe can be easily altered to suit your taste. Try adding a clove or two of minced garlic and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary to finish. It pairs nicely with roasted potatoes, a green side salad and fresh fruit.Submitted by FRNKGRIFFIN

I borrowed this recipe from RecipeZaar (#184155). It is suppose to taste like Ruby Tuesday's Chicken Chili. I am making it for the Superbowl so we will see!Submitted by SNAVELA1
This is a low sodium, low fat, high protein entree. Best served with salad greens. The directions include my own taco mix which reduces the amount of sodium in the recipe. If you are crunched for time or don't have a spice rack, just buy packaged taco mix. I don't like things hot, so IF YOU LIKE IT HOT, add your favorite reduced sodium SALSA!!Submitted by HEATHERJCURRAN
