I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
A chili-like ground beef stew. It can probably be assumed that it was eaten in the old west by posses out on the dusty trail. It's really great on a cold night like in Fall or Winter or maybe even on a rainy day in Summer when you can't cook outside.Submitted by JING465
