This is one of my favorite soups! Slightly sweet with a kick! The chipotle en adobo peppers can be found at a regular grocery store where the authentic mexican ingredients are. They are in a can and only one pepper is plenty for this whole pot of soup.Submitted by DANYA007

Using low-fat milk instead of cream lowers the saturated fat content in this hearty summer soup.
Cookbook creator says: I use home made chicken stock to reduce the sodium on this dish. I also cut the amount of Ground Turkey from 16 oz to 8 oz, and add 8 oz of Scallops in it's place.
