Comfort food at its best. This freezes well also...This was made as low cal as I could, but you could easily add for more flavor... We also add carrots, broc, zuchinni- whatever you have. ALSO- you can slice nuked potatos instead of using the flakes. VERY adaptable :)Submitted by CATFISHGIRL
