This is an awesome vinaigrette that gives a nice counterpoint to the paprika on the chicken. It could be served with rice, but I served it with the roast vegetables with pineapple recipe on SparkPeople - and that used the rest of the can of pineapple. :-)
I found this at my local Fry's Marketplace. The Mediterranean Seafood Grinder and Chipoltle seasonings were both from there. We've also substituted Fry's steakhouse seasoning grinder for the Mediterranean Seafood Grinder and it tasted great. I've also substituted an olive oil cooking spray for the olive oil and simply sprayed the skillet lightly.Submitted by RAVYNELF
