A filling breakfast or post-workout recovery drink, this protein-packed smoothie tastes just like strawberry cheesecake! This is a really good fruit smoothie that is a family favorite at our house. You can really use any fruit you have but make sure you do the right calculations. You can also use splenda or steevia to cut some of the calorie count, the taste is the same. This is a great way to get your kids to consume fresh fruit and carrot juice! Submitted by FLACHILOVER
