Cookbook creator says: 1 hour at 400 degrees is perfect. The juiciest and best tasting chicken breast ever!!! . I just used salsa. Made with picate sauce instead of salsa used 4 breast instead of 1 freeze the rest very spicy but i loved it .

*I use Kraft's Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses because they are the only fat free shredded cheeses at my grocery store.
