1 breakfast cup is 1 serving by calorie count, so have 2 or 3! Still low calorie breakfast.
These muffins have wheat germ, soy flour,flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, corn meal, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla soy milk and egg whites.
